Driving through the MtVernon/Burlington area, this one person cuts us off and it turns out they are going the same way we are.. Ultimate destination for us...

I dropped $150 in Costco on groceries... and the boys are ungrateful twerps... wanting me to buy candy, soda, and toys.

Broken Ankle Woes

I broke my left ankle on April 18, 2011. I had fallen down the stairs in my townhouse apartment and landed on the ankle. Ouch... it hurt quite a bit. There was much confusion in the beginning about whether it was sprained or indeed broken (fractured). There wasn't all the bruising that is normally associated with a break, so my friend said she thought it was just sprained. That night I went to the ER and had it x-rayed. It WAS (IS) broken, they put me in a half cast/splint and sent me home with the referral to the orthopedic surgeon. I call in the morning, got foot put in a cast from just below my knee to my toes on my left foot, with orders not to put my full weight on the foot for at least a month. I see the surgeon in May.

Life happens while you're busy doing things

I'm not feeling old, but my oldest child turns 20 in 30 days. My second child turns 18 in about 90 days, and the baby turns 10 in about 45 days.

The father of my youngest son is a real assclown

Last night he told me that I willingly gave my things to his sister and didn't expect them to be replaced. I only gave them to her after HE promised to replace them. I have already replaced the washer and dryer and will replace the bed when I get the money saved up for one. I guess we'll see what the judge has to say when I get this ass into court.

Thinking about my book

I need to get a notebook and some lead for my mechanical pencil and start on the outline for my book.Write a timeline... thoughts and other ideas.

Brainstorm ideas and such.There is so much swirling in my head just itching to get out.
