I went to the pharmacy to pick up my refills, when I remembered that there was another prescription that I needed to be refilled, too. I ask about it, they tell me it would be ready in 15 minutes. After 5 minutes I get told that my insurance didn't want to fill that one, but suggested a similar med.
I have experience with the suggested medication, and it didn't really work for me. I'm guessing that over the past 14 years they have cleared my past prescriptions out of my file. I have been using the same pharmacy for the past 14 years. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
