Almond Flour Banana Bread...

I'm currently baking Banana Bread that is made with almond flour instead of wheat flour. It will be ready in about 45 minutes and I'll post a review in my cooking blog: Jendy's Cooking.

I used coconut oil for the oil, honey for the sweetener and I've already mentioned the flour swap. There is also some some chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips in this batch.

    The next time I made banana bread I used coconut sugar instead of honey or white sugar. VERY delicious!
